Warranty of sold goods to be accepted as per policy:

  • Warranty Claim Timings is from Monday to Friday between 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
  • Customer must should bring Faulty Product along with Original Bill, Warranty Card and accessories related to said product.
  • After technically check & diagnose, Warranty may process via respective channel and may take maximum up to 8 weeks to resolve, however it would be intimate to customer to given contact may be after repair, replace with other, replace with new or as it is if rejected.
  • In-case of product sold out in term of “International Warranty” Freight charges (both ways) to be charge to customer to send & bring back the product from Respective Country to claim warranty.
  • In-case of product sold out in term of “Limited Warranty”, 1st Year would be Free from any Charge and onwards Freight charges (both ways) to be charge to customer to send & bring back the product from Respective Country to claim warranty.
  • In-case of product sold out in term of “Checking Warranty”, that is Limited to No. of Days mentioned on Invoice including holidays, however ‘No Display Problem’ not even cover after delivery of Product.
  • Warranty Avoids if any Physical Damage, Burned, abnormal Voltage/Electric surge, Watery/Liquid, Rust, Without Original Invoice, Without Jacket/Packing, Mismatch Serial no., Modification, Alternation, Refilling, BIOS Issue, Software Scam, Dots on Any Display Screen.
  • No Warranty/Commitment for any loss of Data on Storage device, nor its recovery, before & after warranty.
  • No Warranty for Accessories & Small Value Products, Cables, HandFree, Speakers, Charges, Batteries, Keyboards, Mouse, Converters, Power Supply, USB Drives, Memory Card, Software etc.
  • Company has right to accept/reject any warranty claim with justified reason.
